What is Pupillary Distance (PD) and do I have to have it in my prescription? Pupillary Distance is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. Anti-Glare coating reduces glare by allowing lighter to pass the lens. So you can see more clearly at night, have less stress on your eyes during the day by protecting them from computer screens, and make your lenses look thinner as well as allow people to see your eyes clearer.
